  • Define, implement and execute agency partner program
  • Build an active partner ecosystem and establish trusted relationships
  • Recruit and enable new partners
  • Collaborate and uplevel existing partners
  • Prepare partner channel revenue forecast and KPI reporting to Head Of Sales
  • Collaboration with other workstreams
  • Marketing

  • Platform team & Lagoon team (roadmap, and provide information about agency feature requirements)
  • Monitoring and changing the classification of partner between the different partner tiers
  • Trigger client services to onboard and offboard agency partners as their statuses change
