Leads Circle#

The Leads Circle is a Delegate Circle accountable for governing how works it's processes and behavior.


  • Cross Workstream Processes
  • Culture
  • Company wide communication and meetings
  • Escalation of problems & tensions between workstreams or inside individual

Non Responsibilities#

  • Budget decision outside of existing allocated Budgets (Budget approvals are done by the Management, while the actual decision is still done by the Leads)
  • Product (Offering, Pricing, SLAs, etc.) - this is in the responsibility of the Product Delegate Circle


The Leads Circle is consisting of:

  • The Workstream Lead of each workstream
  • Each Management Member
  • Each Feel Good Manager

Meeting Cadence#

Once per month, more often if needed.
