We have team members in many different countries, representing many different approaches to labour law. We aim to offer all employees as equal and generous a set of benefits as possible, while at the same time remaining compliant in all countries. This means that not all policies can be applied equally, and it may appear at times that some get more than others, but overall it balances out as fairly as we can achieve. There will also be extenuating circumstances that one cannot account for (acts of god, global pandemics, etc), at which time HR and Management may use their discretion to override policies.

Upon hiring a team member in a new country, we will add their legal considerations to our documentation, and work to fit them into the policies already in place.

Validity

The regulations and policies listed in these pages are in addition to, and referenced from, each employee’s contract and as such are considered an extension of the contractual obligations between employees and amazee.io.

Policies are subject to change, and any changes to policies will be communicated to the affected parties.
