All official amazee.io communications to employees will come through one or more of the following secure and sanctioned channels:
What amazee.io Will Never Do
To protect employees and amazee.io, our employees, applicants, and new joiners can expect that:
- amazee.io may request certain sensitive or financial information (such as banking details or ID verification) only as part of clearly defined onboarding steps via secure platforms.
- We will never request this information via informal or unexpected channels such as text messages or personal email.
- amazee.io will never ask you to buy gift cards, transfer money, or share credentials.
- amazee.io will never use SMS/text messaging as a primary form of communication.
- amazee.io will never pressure you to bypass standard processes.
Text Messaging and Informal Contact
Because amazee.io is a fully remote company, there may be occasional reasons for a team member to connect via mobile or informal channels — especially during travel, emergencies, or onboarding logistics. In such cases:
- Texting or direct messaging will only be used when previously agreed upon and never for sensitive matters.
- If you receive an unexpected text, DM, or phone call that seems suspicious, do not engage — verify it independently via known channels.
