Workstream Purpose
The Solutions Workstream at amazee.io exists to strategically enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate onboarding, and support long-term recurring revenue by delivering targeted, value-added professional services. It is designed to bridge the gap between amazee.io’s core platform offerings and specific customer needs.
Functioning as a cross-functional enabler, the Solutions team focuses on rapid onboarding, migrations, and customized technical solutions that improve integration, performance, and client satisfaction. Its work supports pre- and post-sales success, and while not a direct revenue center, it plays a vital role in converting prospects, retaining customers, and enabling growth
Responsibilities
- Accelerate Onboarding & Migrations - **** Enable faster time-to-value by supporting customer migrations when customers can't or won't.
- Build Customer Value Additions - Create small-to-medium features (dashboards, interfaces, integrations) to close feature gaps and enhance client experience.
- Provide Ongoing Maintenance - Support customers with booked hour agreements and service contracts.
- Prototype & POC Development - Assist with time-boxed pilots or proofs-of-concept that can later be generalized into product capabilities.
- Bridge Hosting & Application Layers - Fill the space between the infrastructure and the client’s specific application layer needs, improving integration and usability.
