Responsibilities

• Team Leadership - Foster a collaborative environment where team members are empowered and enabled to excel and grow in their roles. Through coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development, you’ll ensure that your team stays motivated, aligned with company goals, and equipped to tackle complex client projects
• Custom Solution Delivery - Collaborate with clients, and with internal and external stakeholders, in scoping and drafting proposals for new engagements, aligning with client requirements and objectives, and ensuring that the solutions and direction of the proposals are tailored to client needs, from the design phase through to implementation of the solution.
• Team planning and support - Work with external vendors and internal team members to ensure the right resources are allocated to the team based on project projections, skill requirements, and availability. Ensure team members are working efficiently while avoiding burnout, in a fully remote environment, and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Process Optimisation - Continuously assess and optimise team workflows, improving efficiency in task management, execution, and overall team productivity and wellbeing.
• Coordination and ownership of Solutions Workstream - You’ll work closely with other team leads to understand and define the processes around Solutions engagements, including improving processes for scoping and initiating assignments, handover protocols, and workflows.
• Development of the Solutions Workstream - You will also work together with management to drive the future scope and growth of Solutions, collaborating to adjust the Solutions workstream to meet changing client and organizational needs. Your goal is to make sure that Solutions has a clear voice in the company and becomes an important, scalable part of amazee.io's overall service delivery system.
