Workstream Purpose
The purpose of the Outreach Team, is to be the first point of contact for prospects, and to play a critical role in growing our sales pipeline and taking us to the next level in our ambitions and plans. We are key ambassadors of amazee.io — the first impression many will get of what it means to do things the amazee.io way.
We identify potential customers, initiate engaging conversations, and qualify leads for the Sales team, all while maintaining our value-driven approach to business. In addition to proactive outreach, you’ll also manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, ensuring every opportunity is met with the same enthusiasm, care, and high standards.
We meet with prospects, leading discovery calls to understand their needs, introduce them to our platform and approach, and help determine how we can support their success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and research potential customers through targeted outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with amazee.io’s ideal customer profile.
- Inbound Lead Management - Qualify and engage with inbound leads from marketing and other sources, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and value-driven follow-up.
- Discovery & Initial Engagement - Conduct discovery calls and introductory meetings to understand prospect needs, introduce amazee.io’s platform and approach, and assess fit.
- Sales Pipeline Development - ****Nurture early-stage opportunities and hand off qualified leads to the Sales team with clear context and insights to support effective next steps.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, targeting, and feedback loops to improve overall pipeline health and conversion.
- CRM & Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses to support transparency and forecasting.
