The Health and Wellbeing budget is provided with the intention of supporting maintenance of, and improvements to your physical or mental health. The benefit should be used for things which aim to improve your long term health or wellbeing, and not for one-off events.
The following are examples, but not an exhaustive list, of what is covered by this budget:

This is an annual benefit, renewable each calendar year, and is available to new employees immediately. Any unused benefit will not roll over into subsequent years. This budget is pro-rated on exit and any excess usage may be reimbursed back to the company. This budget is also pro-rated for employees working at a lower workload.
Use of this budget requires prior sign off from your lead. It is for each employee to purchase the item themself, and claim back the cost as “health and wellbeing expenses” via the expense process.
