Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management - Oversee the full employee journey — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding — ensuring consistency, compliance, and a great employee experience.
- Culture, Engagement & Retention - Drive initiatives that foster connection, inclusion, and shared values across the team; actively solicit feedback to improve culture, strengthen engagement, and support employee retention.
- Performance, Development & Growth - Coordinate review cycles, growth frameworks, and feedback practices that help individuals thrive and align talent with the company’s evolving needs.
- Employee Support, Counsel & Conflict Resolution - ****Act as a trusted, neutral point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance, managing sensitive conversations, and facilitating conflict resolution when needed.
- Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing - Administer fair compensation practices, benefits programs, and wellbeing initiatives that support employees holistically.
- People Operations & Compliance - Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and records while ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance with relevant employment laws.
- HR Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Manage HR systems and processes in partnership with BizOps and leadership, ensuring efficient operations, data integrity, and an ongoing focus on improvement.
