Responsibilities
- Ownership of the hiring process and strategy, as well as support of hiring managers with overall HR / recruiting guidance and feedback
- Initial screenings and interviews
- Close collaboration with Legal and HR Manager to all employee related tasks
- Ownership of the complete on/offboarding process
- Ownership of employee retention strategy and career development paths
- Regular review of HR policies, including benefits, budgets, paid time off
- Ownership and support of employee review process - incl. setup, maintenance within respective tools
- Ensuring and supporting a culture of inclusion and diversity
- Ownership and support of employee wellbeing
- Being a point of counsel for employees and conflict management between employees
- Ownership of employee job roles and profile descriptions
