• Defines sales strategy in alignment with management

  • Creates target account list and follows up with introductions

  • Answers requests for proposals and other sales requests

  • Pitches to prospects and runs high-level demos

  • Outbound lead generation

  • Nurtures hot leads (inbound, events, white-papers)

  • Owns revenue streams (direct channels (new, existing, renewal), indirect channels (agencies, 3rd party marketplaces, tender platforms)

  • Owns pipeline within CRM and sales reporting

  • Owns sales pitch deck (creation done by marketing)

  • Opportunity qualification

  • Pricing (discounting, ...)

  • Monitors and Manages renewal process

  • Drives the contracting process

  • Partner team own, maintain and run the Partner Agency Program

  • Partner team recruits, onboards and keeps the relationship with agency partners

  • Events: attending events, taking over leads


  • No customer support responsibility -> Client Support

  • No customer project management responsibility -> TAM

  • No inbound lead generation (website, forms, etc.) -> Marketing
