Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Project manage Solutions projects including but not limited to extensions and maintenance projects, as well and internal and external custom projects outside of Solutions clients
- Manage project workflows for support tickets, feature requests, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks and manage priorities.
- Build and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, and scope, identifying and communicating risks proactively.
- Ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with client expectations.
- Document and report on project status, budget consumption, and client feedback.
- Work effectively with distributed teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Foster collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive communication within project teams
