Responsibilities

• Working with our internal teams, external partners and users to identify opportunities to improve our Lagoon product suite
• Conducting user research to uncover user’s pain points, needs and opportunities
• Developing our user journey maps and personas
• Working closely with developers to develop the look and feel of our products, and ensure a high level of quality and usability
• Producing sketches and prototypes to test functionality and formalise design requirements
• Shaping a culture of design at amazee.io to help define the interactions users at all levels have with our products and tools.
