Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks for employees - during onboarding and offboarding, as well as ongoing
- Contract management - including new employee contracts, employee change addendums, keeping templates updated
- Ensure legal compliance in respective countries on all employee related topics
- Close collaboration with HR and Recruitment Manager for all employee related tasks
- Salary processing and payments, expense reimbursement, payslips, and related accounting
- Business compliance and administration - incl VAT, Taxes, employee and business insurance registrations and claims, company registrations, updates to signatory rights etc.
- Assists financial administration, banking and accounting (credit cards, settlements of accounts payable)
- Annual review, renewal and submission of all compliance and registration documentation
- Tracking of employee related policies and benefits, incl. time tracking, leave, reclaimed hours, benefit budgets, etc
- Filing of all legal and HR documentation - digital or otherwise
- General business operational support as required within the BizOps team
