The Leads are part of the backbone of this organisation, and provide drive, pro-activity, and curiosity to challenge the status quo and make their voice heard - it is a role that offers the opportunity to help shape our approach and future, and the careers of your team.
A lead’s job isn't to micromanage every little thing your team does. It's about empowering the team to do their best work, creating a stable, supportive, and open work environment, giving them both space and training to grow, and in being a role model.
