Workstream Purpose

The purpose of the Internal Engineering workstream is to develop and own tools and software that enhance internal team productivity and collaboration, and reduce the day to day operational struggles of the team. Ultimately, this workstream is dedicated to empowering internal stakeholders with the technical solutions they need to work more efficiently, effectively, and with greater ease.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable automation across teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and deliver targeted technical solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs to solve complex challenges, enable data flow between systems, and support seamless cross-platform functionality.
• Architect scalable software solutions and implement thoughtful data modeling strategies to support long-term growth, reliability, and maintainability of internal systems.
