Design compelling sales enablement materials:
Produce engaging sales materials and documents that clearly communicate product value, support commercial conversations and conversions, and align with amazee.io’s brand, tone, as well as with product and sales vision, strategy, and goals. (e.g. pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, sales training materials etc.)
Deeply understand target personas and clients:
Have a strong handle on what drives buying decisions, client pain points, and engagement with our services. Gather feedback from a variety of internal sources to inform you of gaps in enablement documentation, and potential solutions with strategic direction from the Head of Product.
Service support
Design and maintain clear and engaging FAQs, troubleshooting guides, client self service documentation etc., which support exceptional client experience, satisfaction, and usability.
Set the foundation for scale.
Create and maintain reusable templates, a portfolio of sales enablement collateral and training materials, and frameworks that make it easy to reproduce or reuse high quality work. Establish workflows and processes to enable efficiency and effectiveness in your role, and with those you have frequent touch points with.
Cross Workstream collaboration:
Work across workstreams to gather insights, understand use cases, and produce needed and impactful assets. Work closely with Sales to understand their messaging challenges and needs. Support Marketing by employing bi-lateral feedback loops and providing insights to support their work and ensure you are aligned with their wider company marketing goals.
DACH region support:
Occasional event attendance and company representation within the DACH region as required by amazee.io, and on direction from the Head of Product.
