Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall business operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Leadership of the Business Operations team and Customer Success team, including resourcing, supporting project prioritization, goal development, professional development and team management.
- Ownership of Business Operations team and Customer Success team in terms of developing strategies to improve customer engagement, experience, and overall business operations
- Designing, developing, and implementation of operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Designing, implementation, and optimization of operational processes and systems to drive company efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring that business operations comply with industry and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Monitoring of the financial performance of the company and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity.
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Preparing regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with other workstreams, and drive solutions for holistic operational improvements across the company, facilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Driving and supporting strategic initiatives at a senior management level, while actively participating in senior management meetings to ensure effective decision-making, company growth, and senior leadership.
