Responsibilities

• Ensures the successful daily business operations of amazee.io with support of direct reports
• Ensures that the globally distributed amazee.io team continues to have a culture of collaboration, care, reliability, and professionalism
• Represents amazee.io to the highest level and highest standard during all interactions, including but not limited to events, general meetings, board meetings, and in publications (e.g. conferences, presentations, meetings, interviews)
• Constantly improves the organisation and processes of the corporation with the Senior Management team
• Drives, leads, and collaborates on the strategic direction of amazee.io, developing business goals and translating these into strategy and actions
• Conducts the quarterly performance appraisals and career planning; sets periodical goals with all direct reports and supports them in the performance evaluations of their team members
• Oversees the financial planning, including the annual budget; coordinates and continually controls the financial developments with support of direct reports
• Ensures the financial health and stability of amazee.io by balancing revenue & cost in the most sustainable manner
