Responsibilities

• Custom Solution Delivery - ****Assist the team lead in project planning and proposals, ensuring that project plans align with client requirements and objectives and that project solutions and direction are tailored to client needs.
• Internal and External stakeholder management - ****Work with the team and external vendors to ensure the resources and skills required are available, aligned, and able to work to project timelines and expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - ****Project manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Foster a collaborative environment where team members are empowered and encouraged to contribute ideas and solve problems.
• Client & Internal Reporting - ****Regularly report project status to both internal stakeholders and clients. Track project KPIs (e.g., timelines, budget, scope alignment, quality) and adjust processes as needed to meet delivery goals.
• Post-Launch Support - Ensure smooth project handover to internal Business-As-Usual teams post-launch.
