Responsibilities
- Driving internal business operations projects - including compliance and internal audits, internal process or workflow improvements etc.
- Identify operational risks (e.g., financial, data security, third-party vendors) and implement and monitor internal controls.
- Supporting financial operations - including revenue management, financial reporting, etc.
- Stakeholder management & collaboration - Work with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, and execute process, workflow, and general operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Supporting business administration and legal compliance - ensure day-to-day operations align with company policies and regulatory requirements in the countries in which we operate.
- Develop training and documentation to improve adoption of new processes or further integrate existing ones.
- General business operational support as required within the BizOps team
