Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain tools, services, and APIs that power and connect systems across our products and technical landscape
• Contribute to system and application engineering, including automations, scripting, performance tuning, and feature development
• Architect scalable software solutions and implement clean, future-friendly data models to support the growth and improvement of our product and services
• Implement and iterate on interfaces and integrations across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate within engineering and with product to research, prototype, and deliver new ideas, improvements, and functionalities
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold best practices for reliability, maintainability, and technical clarity
• Write and maintain documentation fitting for both internal and external audiences, in a user-friendly manner
• Develop a high level of product-specific expertise, to provide accurate advice and guidance on its services, and engage with internal and external stakeholders
